  • Up to 3 pre-event strategy meetings (including venue walkthrough, if needed)

Day-of Event

  • Unlimited hours of on-site coordination with option to add assistant for seamless execution

  • Set-up of event materials such as signage, registration tables, name badges, programs, sponsor materials, etc.

  • Coordinator acting as point-of-contact for any vendors, attendees, or clients for any issues that may arise

  • Run-of-show management to ensure the event stays on schedule

  • Vendor & logistics oversight for seamless execution

  • Speaker and panel coordination (if applicable)

  • Guest experience and Attendee support to ensure a smooth event
