Day-of

  • On the day of, we are your besties. Anything you need - we will get.

  • Unlimited time on-site with coordinator and option to add assistant

  • Set-up and Tear-down of event

  • Set-up of event accessories such as guest book, place card, favors, etc.

  • Acting as point-of-contact for all vendors, family, friends, and for any issues that may arise

  • Assisting clients and guests as needed

  • Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors, if needed

  • Providing a stocked emergency kit

  • Dealing with any unforeseen hiccups

  • Handling shipping of items to return home, if needed
