On the day of, we are your besties. Anything you need - we will get.
Up to 10 hours on-site with day-of coordinator (option to add assistant) to ensure your day goes off without a hitch
Set-up and tear down on day-of
Set-up of accessories such as signage, guest book, place cards, charger plates, place cards, etc.
Coordinator will act as point-of-contact for all vendors, clients, family, etc. - in the event that any issues may arise
Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors, if needed
Providing a stocked emergency kit
Dealing with any unforeseen hiccups
Coordinating load-out with vendors, if needed
