Pre-event

  • Up to three pre-event consultations and planning meeting (including venue walkthrough, if needed)

  • Unlimited calls, texts, and emails throughout planning.

  • Custom event planning website with location, information, and updates throughout planning

Day-of Event

  • On the day of, we are your besties. Anything you need - we will get.

  • Up to 10 hours on-site with day-of coordinator (option to add assistant) to ensure your day goes off without a hitch

  • Set-up and tear down on day-of

  • Set-up of accessories such as signage, guest book, place cards, charger plates, place cards, etc.

  • Coordinator will act as point-of-contact for all vendors, clients, family, etc. - in the event that any issues may arise

  • Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors, if needed

  • Providing a stocked emergency kit

  • Dealing with any unforeseen hiccups

  • Coordinating load-out with vendors, if needed
