Day-of Event
On the day of, we are your besties. Anything you need - we will get.
Unlimited time on-site on day-of with coordinator (with an assistant) to ensure your event goes off without a hitch
Set-up and tear down
Set-up of accessories such as signage, guest book, place cards, charger plates, place cards, etc.
Coordinator will act as point-of-contact for all vendors, clients, family, etc. - in the event that any issues may arise
Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors, if needed
Providing a stocked emergency kit
Dealing with any unforeseen hiccups
Coordinating load-out with vendors, if needed
